anyone know any good work- appropriate inspirational/motivational quotes?
1 may not be work appropriate (might want to stash it away out of site), but I find it to be so inspiring….so how about:
1. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
–Steve Jobs, Apple Computer CEO, in a speech delivered at Stanford University’s commencement ceremony on June 12, 2005
2. For everyone who thought I couldn’t do it. For everyone who thought I shouldn’t do it. For everyone who said, ‘It’s impossible.’ See you at the finish line.
–From the sign on the wall of the late Christopher Reeve’s exercise room where he did his daily physical therapy after being paralyzed from the neck down in a horse riding accident
3. Even if you’re in the gutter, you have the option of looking at the stars. –Wayne Dyer
4. If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse. –Walt Disney
5. I don’t measure a man’s success by how high he climbs but how high he bounces when he hits bottom.
–General George S. Patton
